Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim is getting married in Islamabad on August 26 with a Pakistani origin British girl Sania Ashfaq.
The 30-year-old off spinner is currently playing for Nottinghamshire in the T20 Vitality Blast. In an interview, he said that he will take only one week off from his professional commitment for his bid day.
“I will get a week’s break from my professional commitments for the marriage ceremony and will rejoin Nottinghamshire for the remaining matches,” Imad told.
According to the source, the Pakistani cricketer met the girl in London for the first time and have known each other for a while.
Recently, fellow fast bowler Hasan Ali announced that he is close to get hitched with an Indian girl named Shamia Arzoo, which he later clarified that the wedding was not confirmed yet as their families have yet to meet and decide upon it.
