KARACHI: Former England’s cricketer Michael Vaughan compared two of the Pakistani batters, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.
In a social media video, Vaughan was set to pick one, Babar or Rizwan as Pakistan’s most important batsman currently. Vaughan highly rated both the in-form batsmen but said Babar somewhere takes an edge.
“Rizwan is real, he plays brilliantly, he is aggressive but Babar is pure class. He is the real class the way he makes batting look so easy. He has a great mindset and for me, he is the most important Pakistani batter currently,” he said.

It must be noted here that Babar and Rizwan have paired up as openers quite well since November last year. Thereafter, they opened together against South Africa and Zimbabwe.
