New Dehli: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) asked International Cricket Council (ICC) to give them some to make the final call for hosting T20 World Cup 2021 in India.

According to reports, BCCI said in a statement that they are monitoring the current situation closely and need some to decide anything related to hosting the multi-nation tournament.

On the other hand, BCCI said they will complete Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in September-October. Remember, IPL was postponed in India last month after the COVID-19 surge in the country. Also, UAE is the second considerable option for India to host T20 World Cup.

Currently, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is hosting the remaining Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6 in Abu Dhabi. Teams and PSL management are currently quarantined in Abu Dhabi except for a few players, officials, and broadcasting team members due to a delay in their visas.
